Dr. Paul Frake is an expertly trained specialist and board-certified in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Frake’s undergraduate study was at Brown University, where he received his Bachelor of Science with Honors in 2004. This was followed by medical school and Otolaryngology residency at The George Washington University in Washington, DC. The pediatric portion of this training there was at Children’s National Medical Center. He began his practice in 2013 in the Minneapolis metropolitan area, where he has been selected as one of the regions ‘Top Doctors’ for both adult and pediatric general otolaryngology. Dr. Frake enjoys treating patients of all ages for all varieties of conditions of the ears, nose, sinuses, throat, head, and neck.
Hyperparathyroidism (parathyroid disease) is one of his favorite conditions to treat, and he has unique high-volume surgical expertise in this field.
Outside of clinical care, Dr. Frake advocates for patients’ interests and has worked to advance the specialty of otolaryngology with ongoing service on numerous committees of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery and previously on the board of the Minnesota Academy of Otolaryngology.
