Dr. Omar Ahmed is INCREDIBLE! He's incredibly kind, informative, and good at what he does. I came to him for what I was told was a node on my vocal cords, but he advised it was simply a benign polyp and recommended me to another doctor who could do the surgery to remove it in network for my insurance. I highly recommend him. The only reason I took away a star is that the front desk when I went was unhelpful at best and unprofessional at worst. Dr. Ahmed advised that the front desk would let me know the recommended doctor's number. They didn't say anything after my visit with him, so I called them after to follow up. When asked if they had the number, I was put on hold for a couple minutes and simply told, "They havne't found it yet" and was never given a call back. A quick Google search was all I needed to get the number on my end, but if I could do that then it should've been done by the front desk.

i waited over an hour and a half for a telehealth visit set up by his office and he never came online for the telehealth visit.i never received a call or message from him as to why he did not come to the visit.very unprofessionalhis staff is rude and unreliable.i would not reccomend

Dr Omar Ahmed is one of THE best physicians I have seen in a very long time. He listens to all your concerns, he explains everything in a layman's language, he is attentive, and extremely knowledgeable.

It is not an exaggeration to say that Dr Ahmed changed my daughter’s life. He listened to my concerns and was able to combine his knowledge and expertise to diagnose and treat her condition. She now breathes without struggle and I am forever greatful. I trust him completely and I would recommend him to any parent looking for an ENT.

I had a deviated septum on both sides and was completely unable to breath through my nose or smell. Dr. Ahmed performed my septoplasty and now I have full breathing through my nose! It was a life-changing surgery. Dr. Ahmed is excellent- extremely thorough in his office evaluations, answers all of my questions, and explains everything he does. He walked me through every step of the surgery (my first one under general anesthesia) and made the whole experience very easy and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Ahmed to anyone in need of an ENT surgeon.
