It’s really challenging to choose one provider from the long list of options available. My experience with Becker ENT, more specifically Dr. Rosenstein, has been fantastic. The whole team is very professional and welcoming, and I don’t feel like I’m just a number on the schedule. Def recommend!

This was my first visit to Dr. Kay's office. The front desk was very polite, welcoming and accommodating. An audiologist quickly saw me for a hearing test that did not last long. I was ushered into a room where another nurse efficiently took my vitals and paper work. After a very brief wait, Dr. Kay arrived. I had taken the time to write up my history & issues in order to save time. Dr. Kay carefully read them and then proceeded with the examination. I was impressed with his professionalism and concern for my issues and feel confidant we are on a path toward resolution.

I have been going to Dr. Kay for almost 20 years for a vestibular condition. Prior to seeing him, I went to a number of ENTs (local and out of state) and felt that they were all condescending. Best experience! Dr. Kay recently performed surgery of nasal and removal of tonsils, and overall I’m so happy I chose him. Although, my recovery was tougher then I thought. Dr. Kay and his staff are great. They were so attentive through all my post-opt check-ins. Office staff always friendly, his staff always checked on me during my recovery and asked about my pain to ensure I was taking the appropriate meds.
