I couldn’t be more happy with my results! Dr Yamasaki was very patient, thorough, and above all, extremely concerned with my comfort during the ( totally awake) procedure. She took her time, making sure every detail was spot on, and answered all my questions, twice, lol, which is very important when dealing with facial surgery. The results went above and beyond what she promised as well. Never dismissive, always attentive, I give her & her staff the highest rating. Dr. Yamasaki exemplifies the standard to which all Drs.should strive to become. Absolutely recommend!

She is the most sweetest doctor I’ve ever dealt with and I trust her with my life and the staff are the same way. She’s done 2 very difficult surgeries on me and absolutely amazed at the results and her care. She really listens to her patients and talks to them so they understand everything. I highly recommend her if you ever need an ENT.
