I felt very much at ease with the good Doctor. My issue was one of mastoid maintenance on my right ear. Considering, I had been through this exercise many time in the past. I must say, the Doctor knew exactly how to deal with my condition with painless (for the first time ever) and a very exacting procedure. The pain I did have was one of impacting throbing pressure. When I left the medical center I was without pain and happy I made the choice to get an appointment. And that was also very nice to be able to go on-line and see an open appointment for the very next day. WOW!

He was thorough, appointment was not rushed at all. I actually came to him as a second opinion and I learned more after this one appointment than I did from 3 appointments with a different ent. Office staff was very friendly too!

Dr. Lupa has been so kind, friendly, helpful, professional and caring. We all love him and all his staff. They have treated my mom’s sinus infection with expertise and kindness. An amazing ability to protect patients from pain, sympathetic and genuinely interested in his patients. I would highly recommend. All get five gold stars!

Dr. Schrader treated me with botox for my facial paralysis. I am amazed at the results. This is the first time in 9 years that I am not upset with what I see in the mirror. I feel like I can take a picture with my family and not be embarrassed by my facial paralysis. I suffer with depression and I am already feeling happier and more confident. I am very grateful to God for this amazing doctor. Thank you so much Dr. Schrader you are definitely an angel to me.

After spending a year moping about turning 50, I finally went in to speak with Dr. Schrader about an upper Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery). Every time I looked in the mirror i saw a tired unrecognizable me. With my busy professional schedule and mommy obligations I couldn't imagine working in a procedure like this into my schedule. Dr. Schrader was so confident that i'd love it and went out of her way to make it work for me. It's been over 3 months now since my surgery and i couldn't be happier. Dr. Schrader, Michelle, and other staff made it such a worthwhile experience.

Dr Schrader and her staff are exceptional. I had previously broken my nose, and I needed the deviated septum fixed along with the straightening out my nose. Dr Schrader performed the septoplasty procedure and everything came out perfect. I had a very quick recovery, as I had very minimal bruising, swelling, and pain.
